Every named service involved in running Dialbotix
Rather than a vague statement about third parties, here's the specific list of services your data can pass through, and what each one is responsible for.
Voice and telephony
Vapi runs the AI voice conversation. Twilio, used by Vapi, places the actual phone call over the telephony network.
Analysis and optional integrations
OpenAI analyzes call transcripts to determine outcome, with a keyword based fallback if that service is temporarily unavailable. Google Calendar is used only when you connect it, to create real calendar invitations. HubSpot is used only if you choose to connect it as a CRM lead source.
Billing and infrastructure
Paddle handles subscription billing, payments, and tax as our merchant of record. The platform's own data and background calling queue run on a MySQL database and Redis, hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider.
