Effective May 1, 2026 · Last updated May 1, 2026
Agreement and acceptance
By creating a Dialbotix account or using our service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Dialbotix does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. All content provided through the Service, including documentation and templates, is for informational purposes only.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
The service
Dialbotix is an AI voice automation platform that enables users to run outbound calling campaigns using AI agents powered by third-party infrastructure providers (including Vapi and telecom networks). The Service allows users to upload or connect leads, configure AI conversation flows, and automate voice-based outreach to qualify leads and optionally book meetings.
Dialbotix does not provide telephony services directly. Call execution, routing, and connectivity may be handled by third-party providers.
Dialbotix is a software platform provider and does not act as a telemarketing agency, call center, or service bureau initiating calls on behalf of users. All outbound calls, campaigns, and communications are initiated exclusively by the user through automated systems configured by the user.
Dialbotix provides tools and infrastructure only and does not control the content, timing, recipients, or purpose of user-initiated communications.
The Service depends on third-party providers including AI model providers, voice infrastructure, telecom networks, and CRM integrations.
Dialbotix is not responsible for any downtime, delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party services including AI model inaccuracies or telecom delivery issues. Availability and performance of calls, AI responses, and integrations may vary based on external providers outside our control.
Acceptable use & calling compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all leads contacted through Dialbotix have provided valid consent for automated or AI-assisted voice communication where required by law.
You must obtain prior express written consent before placing AI-assisted or automated calls to mobile numbers where required. You are responsible for Do-Not-Call compliance and call timing restrictions.
You must have a lawful basis (typically opt-in consent) for automated voice outreach and must clearly disclose AI-assisted communication when required by law.
- You agree that Dialbotix may log call metadata, transcripts, and outcomes for system functionality and analytics.
- You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited robocalls, fraudulent calls, or misleading representations of identity, brand, or purpose.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of uploaded or integrated lead data complies with applicable privacy laws and data protection regulations.
- You represent and warrant that all individuals contacted through the Service have provided valid, informed, and legally sufficient consent for AI-assisted and/or automated voice communication, where required by applicable law (including TCPA, GDPR, and local regulations).
- You are solely responsible for maintaining proof of consent and for responding to any regulatory inquiry or dispute regarding such consent.
- You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording, disclosure, and consent laws in relevant jurisdictions, including notifying call recipients where required by law.
Dialbotix provides recording and transcription capabilities as a technical feature only and does not ensure legal compliance of such recordings in any jurisdiction. We may suspend or restrict accounts that generate carrier complaints, legal violations, or abuse reports.
Prohibited industries and use cases
The Service may not be used for:
Account, data, and lead ownership
You retain full ownership of all leads, contact data, call recordings, transcripts, and CRM data you upload or connect to the Service.

For the purposes of GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you (the customer) act as the Data Controller of all personal data processed through the Service. Dialbotix acts solely as a Data Processor and processes personal data only on your documented instructions for the purpose of providing AI voice automation services.
Dialbotix does not determine the purposes or means of processing personal data and does not use customer data for independent purposes such as marketing or profiling.
Dialbotix retains call logs, transcripts, and related metadata for operational, debugging, and compliance purposes for a limited period of time. Data is typically retained for up to 90 days after account termination unless longer retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution or fraud prevention.
Users may request deletion of personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations.
