International data transfers: where things stand
Data processed through Dialbotix can move across borders as part of using our infrastructure and sub-processors. Here's the honest status of the safeguards around that.
Data may be processed outside your jurisdiction
Because we rely on providers like Vapi, Twilio, OpenAI, and our cloud infrastructure, data can be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States.
Standard Contractual Clauses: in progress, not yet finalized
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms for international transfers are currently being reviewed and implemented. We do not represent this safeguard as fully in place until it's formally documented and verified.
