Call disposition
Definition
The outcome label assigned to a call once it ends, like booked, failed, or no answer, used to track what happened and decide the next step.
Going deeper
01
Common disposition categories
A lead is typically marked HOT when a meeting is booked, FAILED when the lead engaged but didn't convert, or NO ANSWER when the call wasn't picked up.
02
Why disposition drives what happens next
A NO ANSWER disposition can automatically trigger a retry, while a HOT disposition can trigger booking and calendar automation, the disposition is what the rest of the system acts on.
